- Energy is the ability to do work.
- Energy is what makes things happen.
- We cannot touch energy.
- We cannot see energy.
- Energy can neither be created nor destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.
What does energy do?
- Energy make things change shape.
- Energy can destroy things
- Energy make things move.
- Energy can make food to be cooked.
- Energy can make live things to grow.

- Energy is that which is required to make objects move and make things happen.
- Activities such as running up a hill, lifting bricks, pushing a car or wheelbarrows are as a result of using energy.
